Job summary

Berklee College of Music seeks a Manager for Global Programs and Partnerships to oversee global programs, events, and partnerships. You will coordinate travel, scheduling, budgets, and on‑site delivery with teams worldwide.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years in higher education or performing arts management, multilingual abilities, and strong financial and database skills. Regular global travel up to two weeks per month is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years in higher education or performing arts management.
  • Active performing musician with formal musical training; multilingual is a plus.
  • Strong travel planning knowledge and cross‑cultural engagement.
  • Solid financial acumen and budget tracking across programs.
  • Proficiency with databases and office software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations and logistics for Berklee Global programs, events, and partnerships.
  • Manage event logistics, travel arrangements, scheduling, and budgets for global initiatives.
  • Lead travel teams to partner locations worldwide and ensure on‑site delivery.
  • Serve as liaison for partner inquiries, advising on credit transfer and proposals.
  • Hire and supervise student staff, consultants, and sub‑contracted teams; maintain data systems.
