Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant Operations, Manufacturing, Program Management, Supply Chain, or related experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working proposals, estimating, and/or development of Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
• Minimum 5 years experience in Program or Project management.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.

• Lead Program Operations execution and integration across program stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary Operations interface to Program Management.
• Lead strategic Operations planning for development and production programs.
• Establish and maintain integrated operational priorities and schedules for Make assemblies.
• Identify and resolve operational risks and conflicts impacting requirements, cost, schedule, or production commitments.
• Lead Operations planning for transition of development programs into production.
