• Strong ability to develop and maintain operational processes and templates.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily program intake tracker and ensure submissions progress through review.
• Conduct initial quality reviews for alignment to priorities, timing, budget, and governance.
• Maintain the program calendar and track programs from intake to recap.
• Manage program lifecycle from proposal through delivery and recap.
• Prepare weekly leadership materials with recommendations and actions.
