Manage program tasks, dependencies, and risks, incorporating best practices for product excellence, inclusion, and brand trust. Define program governance, including mitigation strategies, postmortems, and escalation procedures. Facilitate productive program team meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program phasing and metrics to drive continuous improvement and resource stewardship. Establish regular checkpoints to assess progress and provide transparent communication regarding program pivots and their rationale.
