Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Business Operations team. This role leads high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives and thrives in complexity, bringing structure to ambiguity while driving programs that influence company-wide outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will connect executive sponsors, GBO teammates, and partners across IT, Finance, Legal and the broader business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication and credibility at senior/executive level.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with programs involving IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Autonomous worker who can bring structure to ambiguity and make sound decisions.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; ability to choose the right approach.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes, accountable for results.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Act as the connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies and aligning toward shared goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units to serve as trusted partners.
• Build integrated roadmaps and plans aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution.
• Run governance with steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths.
• Communicate with executive presence, delivering concise decision-oriented updates to leadership.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
