Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading and motivating a team in a dynamic business environment.
• Executive presence and ability to challenge the status quo while building relationships.
• Experience collaborating across functions/divisions and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close with GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Develop and monitor internal controls and reporting with clear commentary.
• Provide strategic partnership to VP – R&D Finance and senior management.
• Coordinate cross-division planning and executive-level financial presentations.
• Lead and develop a finance team supporting division units.
