Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Finance Lead/Supervisor to drive financial planning and analysis for the Product Development, Science & Technology unit within Operations Finance. The role ensures accurate, timely analyses and reporting to support planning and actuals requirements.

You will collaborate with business leaders, manage month-end processes, and contribute to capital planning, budgeting, and ad hoc projects. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• CPA or MBA a plus.
• Minimum 6+ years of progressive and related experience.
• Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of SAP, BPC, and Power BIa plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare variance analysis for month-end close and develop management reporting schedules.
• Partner with business leaders on reporting matters and data investigations.
• Coordinate with Finance Shared Service on monthly close and ensure timely results.
