Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, information systems, or an equivalent combination of education.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Project Management, Business Transformation, or Consulting, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale cross‑functional projects and strategic business initiatives with senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management; analytics, automation and digital transformation concepts preferred.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across Finance, BTS, and Business functions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive successful project outcomes through collaboration and accountability.

• Develop and execute project plans, budgets, milestones, and resource strategies to achieve business objectives and benefits realization.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders and third‑party partners to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.

• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation and contingency plans to support successful delivery.

• Track project achievements against objectives, milestones, benefits realization targets, and strategic outcomes.
• Proactively identify challenges and improvement opportunities and develop recommendations to support project success.
• Lead, influence, and collaborate with cross‑functional and virtual teams while maintaining stakeholder engagement and accountability.
• Support business adoption activities and ensure appropriate change management discipline throughout project delivery
