The role is hybrid, requiring 3 or more days on site, with responsibilities including monitoring expenditures, reconciling transactions, and preparing documentation for a large global operation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus two years of applicable experience, or combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel knowledge.
• Understanding of accounting skills and concepts.
• Ability to draft professional emails, memos, business letters, and reports.
• Ability to learn project management skills and to participate as part of a project team.

Responsabilités

• Review, process, gather, and compile accounting transactions and documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve accounting issues; analyze underlying issues and exceptions.
• Run, maintain, reconcile and validate financial data sets and assist in basic management information reports.
• Identify and resolve incorrect journal entries and data anomalies.
• Collect data and perform research on transaction details, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and implement process improvements.
