Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of the ONESOURCE Pagero platform. You will manage multiple projects, train users, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations to deliver compliant e-invoicing solutions.

You will customize configurations, design deliverables, and support pre-sales activities while guiding customers through timelines, budgets, and risk management in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience acting as an implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional implementation or partner projects.
• Contributing to project management activities, including creating and updating project plans and timelines.
• Resolving customer support issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Working closely with key business teams, such as Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions.
• Deliver end-user and super-user training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting.
• Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation projects and partner-led projects.
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management.
• Resolve customer support issues effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, as well as partner organizations.
• Support pre-sales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients.
• Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications.
• Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets.
• Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing.
