Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Management Senior Director to lead LRAD & DS initiatives in Elkridge, MD. You will oversee international contracts, drive cross-functional teams and establish milestones for complex defense programs with a global footprint.

The role requires extensive international program management experience, strong executive presence, and U.S. citizenship with active Secret clearance or DoE equivalent. Relocation may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15 or more years of program management or related experience; OR Master's degree with 12 or more years of program management or related experience.
• Minimum 7 years of international program management with DCS contracts in at least two diverse geographical regions.
• Experience with US Government FMS contracts and US export regulations/licensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Capture and execution of international contracts through Direct Commercial Sales and Foreign Military Sales.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule and technical objectives.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Identify and manage program resources, including workforce planning.
• Deliver presentations to customers and senior management; cultivate customer relationships.
