Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of program management or related experience; OR Master's with 12+ years of program management or related experience.
• Expertise negotiating contracts with international customers including at least one MENA country.
• Experience with US Government FMS contracts and US Export Regulations/licensing processes.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment and manage international programs.
• Strong communication and executive presence with the ability to interact with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Capture and execute international contracts via Direct Commercial Sales and Foreign Military Sales structures.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Set milestones, monitor master plans, and manage risks and opportunities.
• Allocate and manage program resources including workforce planning.
• Develop relationships with customers and senior leaders to grow opportunities.
