Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years PM experience, or master with 6 years PM experience.
• Experience leading hardware and software development, integration, test, and qualification.
• Experience with EMI/EMC, power, vibration, thermal, environmental qualification testing.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance; SAP environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and owns all phases of programs from inception through completion, coordinating with engineers, operations, contracts, and finance.
• Accountable for cost, schedule and technical performance; prepares periodic estimates at completion (EACs).
• Serve as primary customer contact; lead program reviews addressing cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Develop IMS and adhere to budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Identify risks and opportunities, coordinate staffing and facility needs; ensure SAP security compliance.
