MSD in the United States (Rahway, NJ) seeks an seasoned senior leader to oversee end-to-end clinical development programs across multiple disease areas. You will direct global teams, shape development plans, and ensure execution from planning through post-marketing, with direct and indirect reports across programs.

Qualifications include extensive GCP/ICH knowledge, experience in protocol design input, and strong leadership with a track record of managing trials and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct teams on program planning and execution elements.
• Provide operational input at CST level during protocol design.
• Develop and maintain Clinical Operations Project Schedule with milestones.
• Oversee enrollment, site feasibility, and patient engagement strategies.
• Plan resource needs including Trial Managers and program leads.
• Escalate and resolve cross-functional operational issues.
