Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years in pharmaceutical/clinical drug development.
• Master’s degree with 12+ years in relevant field is advantageous.
• PhD/PharmD with 8+ years in pharma and/or clinical development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct teams on key program planning and execution elements.
• Provide operational input during protocol design and development planning documents.
• Develop and maintain Clinical Operations Project Schedule and milestones.
• Oversee enrollment, site feasibility, and engagement strategies with KAOs and patient groups.
• Plan resource allocation and manage Trial Managers and program leads.
