Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a seasoned clinical development leader to drive cross-functional strategy for internal and external assets. The role combines medical leadership with strategic planning, regulatory alignment, and due diligence contributions across early- to mid-stage programs.

You will develop CDPs, lead safety and science discussions, and ensure rigorous application of GCP/ICH standards while collaborating with PST, TALT, and EAST teams to advance development goals.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD in life sciences required; MD board-certified preferred.
• Extensive clinical development pharma/biotech experience with regulatory knowledge.
• 3+ years' clinical development experience including study data review.
• Proven leadership in a matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and risk mitigation skills.
• Excellent medical writing and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical representative on due diligence teams for external assets.
• Develop CDPs and presentations for developmental stage gates.
• Lead and align Clinical Development Plan with PST/TALT.
• Coordinate cross-functional CDT and ensure GCP/ICH compliance.
• Prepare regulatory briefing books and CSPs; author medical documents.

Education
