MSD in Rahway, NJ seeks an experienced clinical operations leader to drive end-to-end global programs from planning through approval. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and optimize trial delivery across assets and disease areas.

The role requires deep knowledge of GCP/ICH, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory submissions while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.

Formación

• Expert knowledge of GCP and ICH regulations.
• Advanced understanding of end-to-end clinical development processes and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive program-level decisions.
• Proven capability to manage budgets, timelines, and risk across complex trials.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct global, cross-functional teams in end-to-end clinical development.
• Provide operational input during protocol design and development planning documents.
• Develop and maintain the Clinical Operations Project Schedule and milestones.
• Oversee enrollment, site feasibility, and engagement strategies with stakeholders.
• Manage resource planning, staffing, and performance of Trial Managers and program leads.
• Ensure quality and consistency across studies and drive process improvements.
