Qualifications
- Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required (e.g., PhD, PharmD) with 8+ years in pharma/clinical development, or Master’s with 12+ years, or Bachelor’s with 15+ years.
- Significant experience providing Clinical Science leadership across multiple studies, programs, or assets.
- Strong leadership and matrix collaboration skills; uncover and highlight data-driven insights.
Responsabilités
- Provide strategic Clinical Science leadership across the disease area and multiple studies.
- Standardize Clinical Science approaches, data review practices and governance.
- Guide protocol development, endpoint selection, and biomarker strategy discussions.
- Lead and develop Clinical Scientists; coach and mentor in a matrix environment.
- Support governance reviews and cross-functional portfolio discussions and planning.
