Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a highly motivated Consultant to support the delivery and management of multiple client programs within its Embedded Consulting Services practice. The role involves coordinating across client stakeholders, embedded Team Leads and Control Risks colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery, governance and improved client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive experience in program or project coordination, client services, account management or consulting.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and building effective relationships with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; project management or related certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service delivery across a portfolio of client accounts, both global and domestic.
• Coordinate priorities, commitments and deliverables across multiple programs, escalating risks to senior account leadership.
• Partner with Team Leads to monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement across dispersed teams.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR and Team Leads on workforce planning and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain and improve frameworks and tools for professional development, performance management and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate QBR development and recurring client reporting, translating metrics into insights.
• Support program financial administration, including budgeting, expense review and billing coordination.
