Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a proactive Consultant to support delivery and management of multiple client programs within Embedded Consulting Services. You will coordinate workstreams, liaise with client stakeholders and embedded team leads to ensure consistent service delivery across a global and domestic portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in program coordination or client services, strong budgeting and reporting skills, and a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required; PM certification preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in program coordination, client services or consulting.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and contract administration knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service delivery across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Coordinate priorities and deliverables across programs; escalate risks.
• Monitor performance and support continuous improvement with dispersed teams.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR and Team Leads on workforce planning.
• Develop proposals, RFP responses, renewals and other business development materials.
• Prepare client-ready reports and insights from data.
