Goods & Services is a product design and engineering company seeking a Program Director. You will own cross-workstream delivery in a hands-on leadership role, triaging and delegating across teams, and maturing production support within client organizations.

This client-facing consulting role operates in large, complex environments with travel between South Carolina and Mexico City, requiring in-office presence. You’ll influence strategy and maintain credibility with client senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience in client-facing consulting environments.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Strong data, metrics, and reporting capabilities.
• Comfort presenting to senior client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs for clients.
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and budget.
• Align with enterprise architecture, security, and standards.
• Serve as escalation point for issues and risks.
• Enforce governance, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting.
• Plan funding, resources, forecasting, and change management.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and operations.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to align priorities.
• Use data and dashboards to measure health and outcomes.
• Build credibility with client leadership and drive outcomes.
