Job summary

Control Risks in New York seeks a proactive Consultant to support delivery and management of multiple client programs within Embedded Consulting Services. You will coordinate workstreams, act as liaison among client stakeholders and internal teams, and help maintain governance and service quality.

Your background includes coordinating contingent workforces, vendors, or staffing programs in professional services, with strong communication and judgment to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive experience in program or project coordination or consulting.
• Experience supporting client services, staffing, or professional services.
• Strong budgeting, performance reporting, and contract administration knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-ready reports and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service delivery across a portfolio of client accounts, globally and domestically.
• Coordinate priorities and deliverables across multiple programs, escalating risks to senior leadership.
• Monitor performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across dispersed teams.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR and Team Leads on workforce planning and onboarding.
• Develop proposals, RFP responses, renewals, and other business development materials.
