Job summary

BeOne seeks an experienced Global Program Management Associate Director/Director to oversee the lifecycle of drug development, lead global product development strategies, and establish clear processes for team management and communication.

You will develop and maintain program schedules, apply PM tools, drive strategic decisions, manage budgets, and support process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver commitments to the organization and patients.

Qualifications

  • PMI PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with a Bachelor’s degree, OR minimum of 6 years of experience with a Master’s degree or higher.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute programs in accordance with program development strategy.
  • Develop, track, and manage the progress of the global development program to defined milestones.
  • Coordinate regular team meeting schedules, draft agendas and provide meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports according to program-management best practices.
  • Work with team leadership and governance bodies to develop program plans and translate detailed scientific information into high-level strategic presentations.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the program team.
  • Manage program dependencies and critical path using appropriate tracking tools.
  • Identify and manage risks across the program; elevate when appropriate.
  • Develop and facilitate team planning sessions.
  • Draft and manage program budgets with team input; highlight budget changes when necessary.
  • Provide internal program-management support to core and sub-teams, as necessary.
  • Assume additional responsibilities commensurate with experience, such as independently leading sub-teams.
  • Support process-improvement initiatives, e.g., program-management processes guidance and risk management.

Job Summary

The Global Program Management (GPM) Associate Director/Director is accountable for the lifecycle management of drug development. The GPM provides leadership for global product development strategies, establishes clear processes for team management and communication, drives strategic team decision‑making, and delivers team goals and objectives. The role involves developing, validating, and maintaining program schedules within the enterprise program system, applying PM tools and methodologies to ensure alignment with stakeholders, championing process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with program teams to deliver on commitments to the organization and patients.

Essential Functions

Computer Skills

Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with a Bachelor’s degree, OR minimum of 6 years of experience with a Master’s degree or higher.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Travel

As needed.

Salary Range

$148,900.00 – $198,900.00 annually.
