Job summary

Balanced Body, a global leader in Pilates equipment, seeks an end-to-end planning executive to own SIOP, master scheduling, and materials control across international partners. Qualifications

• 7+ years in production planning/master scheduling and materials/purchasing control in discrete or mixed-mode manufacturing.
• Led or contributed to an SIOP process with measurable results.
• Experience owning material shortage recovery and supplier escalation.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP scheduling, preferably Dynamics 365 BC; quick ramp-up on our system.

Responsibilities

• Own the SIOP cycle by establishing a monthly process translating demand into a reliable production schedule.
• Lead Master Scheduler and Production Planners to reflect capacity and material constraints.
• Own materials and shortages with a documented 24-hour owner for at-risk orders.
• Burn down past-due purchase orders with clear ownership and weekly reporting.
• Coordinate with overseas contract manufacturing for output, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Support European logistics growth with planners for scalable processes outside the US.
• Coach and develop the planning team into a repeatable, professional discipline.
• Document scheduling logic and systematize planning processes.
• Define and report planning KPIs like on-time delivery and stockout trends.
