New Era Cap, LLC is seeking a Manager, Global Production to lead the global production strategy from our Buffalo, NY headquarters. You will work with the Global Production Specialists and factories to deliver cost-effective, quality products on time within the time & action calendar. This role reports to the Sr.

Manager of Global Production and is 100% on-site. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain and 5–7 years in sourcing, production, and manufacturing, with strong ERP/MRP and

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in sourcing, production & manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supplier management.
• Ability to lead global production teams and coordinate with factories.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Set, align, and communicate global production goals with the team.
• Coordinate with global factories and review capacity and shipment reports.
• Oversee order roll-ups, order placement and PO confirmations.
• Provide production/shipment updates to cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPI targets to achieve on-time delivery and quality shipments.
• Collaborate with Planning, Sourcing, Quality, Logistics and Distribution.
• Ensure 98% on-time delivery and manage ocean shipments.
• Improve order management processes in collaboration with IT.
