New Era Cap, LLC. seeks a Manager, Global Production to execute our global production strategy from our Buffalo HQ. You will lead a team, coordinate with global factories, and ensure cost-effective, timely delivery within the time and action calendar.

The role demands 5–7 years in sourcing/production, a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, and strong ERP/MRP and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive 98% on-time shipments and quality outputs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree within Supply Chain Management or a related field required.
• Five (5) to Seven (7) years of experience within sourcing, production, & manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Set, align, and communicate global production goals to the Global Production Team.
• Oversee coordination of order roll-ups, PO confirmation with global suppliers.
• Provide production updates to cross-functional teams around launches and events.
• Review delivery extensions and manage exceptions impacting time and action calendars.
• Lead weekly meetings to review capacity, shipments, and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Planning/Sourcing/Quality/Logistics for on-time delivery.
