Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support for complex hardware and software systems.
• Ability to read & interpret engineering documentation and ECOs.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with field engineers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical escalation point for a specific customer across installations and upgrades.
• Generate and present performance data, MTBF/MTBI, and related metrics.
• Support engineering with tool setup, calibration, and validation activities.
• Create and review documentation for improvements, upgrades, and support plans.
• Coordinate ECO reviews and ensure field implementation of fixes.
