Qualifications

• Experience developing procedures for installation, retrofit and maintenance of complex products.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and resolve issues.
• Ability to lead small projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop new procedures and BKMs to service new products.
• Participate in or own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab; collaborate with Engineering for issues.
• Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate in New Product final test.
• Collaborate with Q&R to review Top Field Issues; participate in CAPA and conduct Failure Analysis if needed.
• Develop and document procedures for installation, retrofit and maintenance of the product.
• Create CENs, ISBs and troubleshooting guides as required.
• Collect process data to create BKMs and develop training for new products with GTT.
