Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience leading new product development or product launch programs in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution for new product development initiatives.
• Drive development activities from concept through launch while meeting schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to hit milestones.
• Manage risk, identify obstacles, and implement solutions to keep programs on track.
• Facilitate collaboration among domestic and international stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and deliverables.
• Support product launch readiness and transition into manufacturing.
• Drive accountability across teams through leadership and communication.
