Job summary

Brady Corporation seeks a Software Solutions & Services Global Product Manager (Fort Mill, SC) to lead the NPI lifecycle and drive strategic product growth. You will coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to ensure timely launches and market success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

NPI Project Management: Lead or supervise new product introduction process with cross-functional teams.
Strategic Planning: Develop strategies for new product introductions aligned with market needs and business goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain for alignment.
Technical Expertise: Provide guidance throughout the NPI process and ensure quality and performance standards.
Product Validation: Support testing and validation to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
Market Readiness: Ensure market positioning with training and materials.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation and report project status and metrics.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback and drive product improvements.
