Responsibilities

• NPI Project Management: Lead or supervise new product introduction process with cross-functional teams for timely launches.
• Strategic Planning: Support strategies for new product introductions aligned with market needs and business goals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure alignment.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical support throughout the NPI process and ensure product quality.
• Product Validation: Support testing and validation to meet specs and regulatory requirements.
• Market Readiness: Coordinate with marketing and sales to position products and prepare training/materials.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation and present reports on status and metrics.
• Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback to drive product improvements and satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution: Identify issues early and develop solutions for smooth launches.
