Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking a Sr. Product Management Specialist to oversee the success and growth of its product portfolio. This hybrid role blends deep product knowledge with strategic oversight, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead NPI projects, coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain, provide technical guidance, validate products, and ensure market readiness with clear documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in product management, new product introduction, or a related role.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings.
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
OEM product management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead or supervise new product introduction (NPI) processes with cross-functional teams.
Support strategies for new product introductions aligned with market needs.
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain.
Provide technical guidance and ensure product quality and performance.
Support product testing, validation, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate market readiness activities with marketing and sales.
Maintain documentation and present status reports.
