Job summary

UNITED MACHINING is hiring for a Senior Product Manager to oversee MIKRON MILL product lines and related PC software within the North America region. You will support launches, develop pricing through SAP to Cost sheet to Quote manager, and train the network in collaboration with marketing.

Regular travel to CH and North America is required. The role involves liaison with Brand management and R+D, coordinating with North America Product Managers, and providing technical support to sales managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years related experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with EDM / Milling products.
• Knowledge of Great Plains, Espirit, PESPS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of MIKRON MILL product lines and related PC software packages.
• Support new product launches with launch plans and pricing from SAP to Cost sheet to Quote manager; provide technical bulletins as required.
• Develop and generate product package promotions and train the network; coordinate with North America marketing for Brand activities.
• Liaise with CH MIKRON MILL Brand product management and R+D to review evolution needs and follow up on new products; regular travel to CH as needed.
• Liaise with GFMS North America Product Managers (EDM, Laser) and other departments on customer issues.
• Support Sales Management with product lines; create sales programs and incentives; travel for open houses and trade shows.
• Host and organize customer visits; develop and communicate presentations for the North America region.
• Review and correct Brand sales documents.
• Provide technical support and product training to Sales Managers and Distributors using Showpad/Showell, Webtraining and other materials; partner with application team for demos.
• Gather competitor information, conduct market analysis, and maintain current database of competition.
• Promote product line through trade shows; assist in setup and takedown of shows.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by UMNA management or the President; maintain Great Plains system with updated product costing and margin.
• Maintain Teamnet tool for dealers; Generate and maintain AutoQuotes.
