You will operate, program, and troubleshoot Mitsubishi milling machines, provide training to customers and staff, and collaborate with sales to optimize machine usage. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in manufacturing technology.
• Minimum 5 years in a pre-sales role in machinery or manufacturing.
• 5+ years operating, programming, or repairing laser machinery.

Responsibilities

• Develop demonstrations and reports for pre-sales activities.
• Provide high-power processing training to customers and MC Machinery staff.
• Review, evaluate, and resolve machine maintenance and applications problems at customer sites.
• Increase sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and potential solutions.
• Collaborate with applications personnel to implement marketing strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
