Job summary

OnLogic, a global edge computing company, is seeking a Product Manager to define product strategy across markets from our Cary, NC or South Burlington, VT locations. You will own roadmaps, analyze market needs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver rugged hardware solutions that customers can rely on.

You will manage lifecycle stages from concept to launch and obsolescence, collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, and support, and drive pricing and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of Product Management in B2B industrial hardware.
• Experience with pricing strategy and profitability optimization.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers or teams.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals across owned product lines.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competition, and technology advancements to inform decisions.
• Oversee products from conception through launch, lifecycle management, and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and support for cohesive execution.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to capture feedback and drive enhancements.
• Develop detailed product requirements and ensure compliance with MIL-STD, NEBS, IEC, CRA.
• Create pricing strategies and manage product financial performance to maximize profitability.
• Lead product launches with strategic positioning, messaging, and enablement.
• Track and improve product performance based on KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship within the product management team.
