OnLogic is seeking a Product Manager to join our South Burlington, VT or Cary, NC team. You will set global strategy across diverse markets and drive growth for hard goods in a fast-paced industrial technology environment.

You will define roadmaps, analyze markets and customer needs, and manage products from concept to lifecycle management. Travel may be occasional to meet customers or teams, with a focus on profitability and strategic positioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B industrial products or hardware.
• Proven ability to define product strategies, roadmaps, and pricing decisions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product strategies and roadmaps across owned lines.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competition, and tech advances.
• Oversee product lifecycle from conception to obsolescence and optimization.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and support teams.
• Engage with customers to capture feedback and implement enhancements.
• Create detailed product requirements and ensure industry standards compliance.
• Develop pricing strategies and manage product profitability.
• Lead product launches with messaging, enablement, and marketing support.
• Track performance with KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide leadership and mentorship within the product team.
