Job summary

Qualifications

• In-depth technical product knowledge and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with cross-functional global teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project of launching any new product or material within the assigned product line(s).
• Influence cross-functional global teams and understand the competitive landscape.
• Review business cases including production capability, capex, materials, and market needs.
• Track product line health against metrics like volume growth, profit margin, cash flow, asset utilization, and working capital.
• Drive engagement with customers alongside Account Managers.
• Act as liaison with supply chain and manage assets, allocation, and S&OP.
• Work with operations to influence product life cycle and profitability.
• Identify and review any single point of failure that could create revenue risk.
• Set internal pricing floors and targets with commercial leaders.
• Explore opportunities related to capacity and margin maximization.
• Train and guide new sales representatives on product.
• Accountable to every commercial leader where product is sold.
