The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, plus experience with Lean/Six Sigma and strong financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma or similar process improvements in manufacturing.
• Strong financial acumen with budget and capital expenditure oversight.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost efficiency and productivity improvements across manufacturing functions.
