Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a Senior Manager of Production Planning in Worcester, MA to lead the master production schedule and inventory strategy. You will coordinate manufacturing operations across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and company targets.

The role requires 7 years of planning experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and PowerBI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or 10 years work experience in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7 years of production planning experience.
Analytical and data-driven with strong communication; proficient in MS Office and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

Manage production planning functions and master production schedule to meet customer demand.
Coordinate and expedite flow of work and materials to ensure efficient production.
Monitor performance vs forecasts and targets; address variances.
Lead the monthly S&OP planning process across sites to optimize capacity and costs.
Oversee site inventory including Raw materials, WIP, and Finished Goods; optimize levels.
Audit inventory transactions and data entry; prepare reporting for management.
