Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, STEM preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years in Order Management/Inside Sales.
• Experience with SAP and IBP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track customer forecasts and order receipts.
• Coordinate demand planning and production status across facilities.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to monitor quoting and booking status.
• Provide weekly updates on orders, production, and customer status.
• Lead corrective actions for complaints to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Travel up to ~20% to customer locations or CoorsTek facilities.
