Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Complementary education/training in Product Management or business disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage portfolio and global product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Own a global product portfolio and drive its strategic direction, growth, profitability, and long-term success.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with corporate objectives and market needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from market assessment to launch and end-of-life.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
