Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to own the global strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial success of assigned products, solutions, and technologies. You will connect customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives to guide portfolio investments and roadmap decisions.

You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Service, and regional teams to align priorities, support launches, monitor performance, and drive sustained growth across markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
• Lead product lifecycle activities from concept through retirement.
• Develop business cases, product requirements, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans.
• Recommend portfolio actions including defend, refresh, grow, transition, or exit decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Service, and global regions to align priorities and execute strategy.
• Support product launches, market adoption, and ongoing portfolio performance.
• Monitor market share, customer feedback, financial performance, and product health metrics.
