Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years in Product Management or Engineering Management, preferably in electrical industry.
• Proven go-to-market strategy experience.
• Strong product positioning, messaging, and branding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Product development and commercialization experience.
• 10+ years leading and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities
