Job summary
Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Scientific Global Product Leader for Advanced Staining Reagents to define product strategy for AI-enabled diagnostic assays and digital pathology solutions on a global scale. You will partner across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Sales to deliver differentiated products that advance precision medicine.
This remote-friendly role reports to the VP of Portfolio and Programs Advanced Staining Reagents and leads lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in clinical or scientific field required.
- Strong understanding of CDx development, AI-enabled diagnostics, digital pathology, and oncology markets.
- Experience translating clinical insights into product strategy, with leadership in life sciences or diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled diagnostic assays and digital pathology.
- Lead product lifecycle management from concept through launch and sustainment, including ROI and portfolio optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable and commercially successful solutions.
- Support evidence generation, publication planning, market access and adoption strategies.
- Engage stakeholders including pharma partners and research institutions to shape product strategy and partnerships.
