Job summary
Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Scientific Global Product Leader for Advanced Staining Reagents to define strategy for AI-enabled diagnostic assays and CDx programs. You will translate market insights into actionable product plans, lead lifecycle ownership, and collaborate across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory and Commercial teams.
The role supports remote global activities and reports to the VP, Portfolio and Programs Advanced Staining Reagents.
Qualifications
- Advanced clinical or scientific degree is required.
- Strong understanding of CDx development and AI-enabled diagnostics.
- Experience with digital pathology and software as a medical device.
- Proven ability to lead product lifecycle ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled diagnostic assays.
- Lead product lifecycle management from concept through launch and sustainment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant and commercially successful solutions.
- Support evidence generation, publication planning, and market access strategies.
- Engage pharma partners, researchers and commercial teams to shape strategy and launch plans.
