Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sr. Manager, Clinical Science (Global - Remote) to lead global clinical strategies and mentor a team of clinical scientists.

You will shape study designs for Digital Pathology, IHC/ISH, CDx and medical devices with cross‑functional partners across R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and QA. This role emphasizes regulatory‑compliant study design, data interpretation, and publication-ready results, with strong leadership and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field with 12+ years in clinical research.
• Masters/Doctoral degree with 10+ years in clinical research preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide clinical scientists.
• Deep understanding of US/EU trial design and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global clinical trial strategies for Digital Pathology, IHC/ISH, CDx and Medical Device.
• Lead cross-functional teams with R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and QA.
• Ensure regulatory submissions support with robust clinical study data.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing team of clinical scientists.
• Collaborate with CROs and investigators; communicate findings internally.
