Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Scientific Global Product Leader for Advanced Staining Reagents to define strategy, roadmaps and success metrics for AI-enabled diagnostic assays and digital pathology solutions. The role reports to the VP, Portfolio and Programs and supports global activities with a remote work setup.

Qualifications

Advanced clinical or scientific degree required.
Strong understanding of CDx development, AI-enabled diagnostics and digital pathology.
Experience translating clinical and customer insights into product strategy and adoption plans.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled diagnostic assays.
Lead product lifecycle management from concept through launch and sustainment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
Support evidence generation and market access strategies to show value.
Engage pharma, research institutions and commercial teams to shape launch plans.
