Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a temporary Senior Project Manager for New Product Launch to act as the central integrator across Product & Innovation, Packaging Engineering, Regulatory, Creative, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and regional market teams. The goal is to ensure launches progress with clear alignment, visibility, and decision-making.

The role emphasizes integrated commercialization timelines, milestone governance, and cross-functional coordination across a dynamic global launch

Qualifications

• Experience in new product development, commercialization or PM in cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record leading complex global launches across regulated markets.
• Understanding of end-to-end product commercialization lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating integrated cross-functional timelines and stakeholders.
• Experience leading governance forums and stage-gate reviews.
• Familiarity with artwork development, packaging localization, and labeling compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated commercialization timelines and milestone governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across global launch pipelines.
• Balance speed, complexity and rigor across markets with regulatory needs.
• Lead strategic launch meetings and drive alignment on priorities.
• Track milestones, identify issues and ensure accountability.
• Improve launch governance processes and reporting structures.
