Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Product and Program Launch lead to drive new product introductions across North America, Europe, and Asia. You will guide engineering, design, and management to minimize startup delays and maximize customer satisfaction by enforcing APQP and LPDS stage gates.

This role manages launch readiness, coordinates voice-of-the-customer with R&D partners, and trains teams on new processes, ensuring a flawless transition from design to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Supervisory/Leadership experience required.
• Proficient in estimating, planning, tracking and reporting project status.
• Experience managing change requests and project scope.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product/program launch processes across global sites.
• Coordinate APQP/LPDS stage gate deliverables and readiness activities.
• Represent customer voice to R&D and launch teams; resolve issues proactively.
• Develop timelines, assign tasks, and ensure on-time completion.
• Facilitate training and documentation for launches; oversee safe launch protocols.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement for future launches.
