Qualifications

• Experience guiding product development from basic research to prototype, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop, drive, and maintain project schedules for new product introductions.
• Lead cross‑functional project core teams to on‑time product introduction with quality and cost targets.
• Manage program resources, identify actions, and assign tasks to team members.
• Conduct supplier/vendor/site visits globally to ensure quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
• Travel internationally for onsite planning and development with key suppliers and teams.
• Expedite completion of component and finished goods specifications.
• Enforce milestones and deadlines; assist with critical deliverables.
